Find us in Geneva Airport
Our desk is located in the bank of transfer operators in Terminal 1 in the Swiss section of the airport. The majority of flights land in this terminal and the colour scheme is yellow, grey and black.
If you come out of baggage reclaim in Terminal 1 you will see the Visitors Center which is a large help desk with a yellow wall behind it. Simply turn left, go past the doors leading outside and just past the green Tekoe Tea Shop you will see the transfer desks, our sign is above our desk.

How long should I leave between my flight landing and the bus departure?
As a minimum, we recommend leaving at least one hour between your flight landing and the bus departure. If you have skis or snowboards, these can take longer to arrive than your luggage.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If your flight is delayed, please come to our desk and if we have later seats available, we will allow you on a later bus free of extra charges.
Can I take an earlier bus if I arrive early?
Absolutely! If there is space on an earlier bus we will allow you to travel on that bus free of extra charges.
Will I have to change buses?
No. Our buses are scheduled to go to resort directly and without changes.
I’m bringing my kids, what do I need to know?
It’s wise to bring water and sit near the front with children, if you ask our staff we will help you board the bus ahead of other passengers. We do not have booster seats and cannot take children under 4 years old at the date of travel. Pushchairs cannot be taken on board our buses.
How much luggage can I bring?
One item of hold luggage up to 23kg, one ski or board bag no longer than 180cm and one item of hand luggage or boot bag.
