You can find dartbus in terminal one in the Swiss sector. (Some passengers may be routed via terminal two, this has been the case for charter flights, Thomson and Jet2 until 2022) Come out of baggage reclaim and turn left, walk past the green Tekoe Tea Shop after the doors leading outside and our desk is located here with our sign above it.
We operate on Saturdays in the Winter Season to and from Geneva Airport and the ski resorts of Val Thorens, Tignes and Val d’Isere. We don’t publish a bus timetable as the rhythm of traffic changes throughout the ski season.
Our timetable is set to avoid the worst of the traffic, this is partly for customer comfort and peace of mind, but also to minimise the risk of our bus drivers exceeding their regulated hours. Sometimes the extra hour in bed could mean an hour or more getting to the airport and therefore more stress in catching your flight.
Please refer to our destinations page for more details about our stops, or you can click on this map
If you are getting off our bus in the valley, our stops in Moutiers, Aime and Bourg St Maurice are all the main Bus Stations where you can easily take a taxi or local bus to your final destination. These destinations are cheaper to help offset your onward travel.
If you are a large group, please contact us for a quote. Please email info@dartbus.co.uk.
We aim to leave on time, you should allow at least one hour to be safe if you have luggage, if you have skis these can take longer to arrive, especially later in the day.
If you miss your departure due to a delayed flight please come and see us at our desk and we will look at availability on our later transfers, if there is availability, we will take you on a later transfer for no extra charge.
Most airlines ask you to be at the airport 2 hours before your flight. If you are travelling long haul this is extended to 3 hours before. The arrival times on our booking system are to be used as a guide only.
The transfer takes around 3 ½ hours – this time is based on light to moderate traffic. At peak times your journey time could be longer, (particularly around Christmas, New Year and February half term.) However early in the morning and later in the evening this time could be as little as 3 hours. We use our experience to anticipate this for your return journey to ensure you arrive in time for your flight home.
In addition to busy periods the weather may dictate a need to bring your return journey collection time to earlier in the day. In the event of this dartbus will contact you by email and/or SMS. Please do ensure the contact details you have given us are correct and check to see if we have contacted you before the return travel date.

Some of our buses will have toilets. Frequently buses do several trips to and from the airport and do not have facilities to empty the tanks in resort or at the airport. For this reason we do not guarantee that they may be used, however your driver will stop if asked to where it is safe to do so. On longer journeys there will normally be a stop on the way.
